Nine of the 10 have now set fees, the lowest a <a title=\"Frederick County 1 cent Rain Tax for Eastern Shore of Virginia news\" href=\"http:\/\/www.frederickcountymd.gov\/documents\/6616\/6617\/StormwaterFee04162013_201304191006167144.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">1 cent levy<\/a> per eligible property in Frederick County. Many of the fees range based on equivalent residential units (ERUs) that are based on impervious surface square footage. Charles County has approved a flat $43 annual fee and Prince George County is proposing $62 on residential and a sliding amount based on impervious surface that is up for Council vote.
